A great way to enjoy spaghetti without the gluten!
Plus squash is a great in season veggie.
Ingredients:
- 1 – spaghetti squash
- 1 tbsp avocado oil
- Sea salt
- 1 lb ground extra lean Turkey
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tbsp of Italian seasoning
- 1 jar of marinara sauce (no sugar added)
Directions:
- Cut squash in 1/2 remove seeds and strings
- Drizzle with avocado oil – turn over on baking sheet flat side down. Make 30-40 min at 400 degrees
- In saucepan add ground Turkey, garlic, minced onion, Italian seasoning. Brown and add sauce and simmer until squash is ready
- Shred squash in shell and add sauce and dairy free cheese. Bake additional 10 min
