INGREDIENTS:
●      2 scoops chocolate protein powder (I use @1st Phorm)
●      1 cup almond meal
●      ½ cup natural nut butter
●      ¼ cup maple syrup
●      ¼ cup good-quality dark chocolate mini chips (I use enjoy life or lily’s)
 
INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Mix the protein powder and almond meal in a medium bowl. Stir in the peanut butter and maple syrup – the dough should be thick!
  2. Gently fold in the chocolate chips until well combined.
  3. Using a tablespoon measure, scoop out the dough and form into balls and place in a single layer in a storage container.
  4. Store in the fridge for up to a week.
