HI, I’M HEIDI MUSSER, YOUR SCIENCE-BASED FITNESS AND NUTRITION COACH
I help women over 40 who struggle with hormones, stubborn weight gains, mood swings and more. I focus on improving their overall wellness by providing customized fitness and nutrition plans.
A BIT ABOUT WHO I AM
I am brutally honest when it comes to coaching. I don’t sugarcoat because I believe that will get you nowhere. I am super compassionate, but I will absolutely hold you accountable. I teach by the “why’s” and lead by example. I’ll never ask you to do something I wouldn’t do myself, and I will always tell you the science behind what you are doing.
My fitness journey started with me, but quickly turned into a passion for helping other people break the cycle of fad diets or restrictive plans. And so, I started coaching people online, in person, and teaching group classes… and never looked back!
My goal has always been, and always will be, to educate others on living a healthier lifestyle—through real whole foods (recipes that taste delicious) and moving your body in ways you’ll love, and staying in shape in ways that are realistic and sustainable.
My fitness journey started with the pursuit of finding myself again.
In 2016, I decided to make a change for myself.
My life was out of control and I had become someone I didn’t recognize. I needed to find her again.
So, I went back to the gym and started experimenting with different types of diets—some things worked and some things didn’t. I felt like I was shooting in the dark, and I was constantly curious about the “why” behind all of these recommendations I was seeing. So, I went back to school and got my nutrition certification from Precision Nutrition.
The more I learned, the more I fell in love with the science behind it. I discovered that I was able to achieve my goals without following fad diets or strict meal plans, and once I realized that… I was hooked!
I promote a balanced and scientific approach—helping my clients achieve a healthy lifestyle… NOT how to follow another diet.
