At Heidi Musser Coaching, we understand that women’s health isn’t one-size-fits-all, especially when it comes to hormones and metabolism. Whether you’re dealing with weight gain, low energy, mood swings, or other hormonal imbalances, I’m here to help you achieve a healthier, more energized you. My customized plans combine fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle coaching to address your specific goals and provide sustainable, life-changing results.

My approach is science-based, but also holistic—taking into account not just diet and exercise but also lifestyle factors and individual goals for each client. My goal has always been to educate others on living a healthier lifestyle with real, whole foods, and moving their bodies in ways that are maintainable and realistic.

I meet Heidi back in October 2021 when she became my online coach. I had been on a weight lost journey for 3 years, losing about 70-75lb. I was stuck and felt like I was at a dead-end road. I was eating heathy and hitting the gym 4-5 times a week, but the scale was just not moving. When Heidi walked into my life everything started to change. The scale started moving, I felt stronger, I was hitting personal records running, I started seeing muscles pop up. Heidi celebrated with me when she helped me hit my goal of losing 100lb. I have a passion for science-based fitness and nutrition, and learning how our bodies work and how we can optimize them through food and exercise. I believe that if you understand the why behind something, you’re more likely to do it, and more likely to succeed. 

I’m not just telling you what to do, but also WHY you are doing it. This knowledge is the foundation for success. The knowledge I provide through my coaching and our time together will stay with you for a lifetime.

I believe in sustainability and promoting realistic lifestyle changes to help my clients enjoy life in ways they never thought possible.

When I’m not working, you can find me hiking, running Spartan races, testing recipes in the kitchen, or exploring a new hobby. I’m always up for a challenge!
